Nutritist Refund & Return Policy

 

At Nutritist, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in trying Refluxter. We offer a hassle-free, 100% satisfaction guarantee for first-time customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your first order, we’ll promptly issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked. Simply contact our Customer Support team at support@nutritist.us to initiate the refund process.

 

Return & Refund Conditions:

 

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, please carefully review the following conditions:

1. One Opened Bottle Per Order is Eligible for a Refund

  • If this is your first time purchasing Refluxter, you may return one (1) opened bottle for a full refund, even if you’ve used most of the capsules.
  • Any additional bottles that are opened in the same order will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We strongly recommend that you purchase one bottle of Refluxter before enrolling in any subscription offers to ascertain its suitability for your needs.

2. Unopened Bottles Can Be Returned for a Refund (One-Time Only Per Customer/Household)

  • All unopened and sealed bottles in your first order may be returned for a full refund.
  • However, a customer (or household) may only return unopened bottles one time, ever. If a refund has already been issued for unopened bottles from a previous order, subsequent refund requests will be denied.

3. One Refund Per Household—Ever

  • Refund eligibility is limited to one person per household (same mailing address).
  • If one household member has already received a refund, no other family members at the same address will be eligible for future refunds.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Nutritist does not cover return shipping expenses.
  • Original shipping fees (the cost to ship the order to the customer) are non-refundable.
  • If a return is approved, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping costs, both to and from the customer, will not be reimbursed.

5. Refund Requests Must Be Made Within 30 Days

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact support@nutritist.us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before mailing your return.

 

Subscription Order Returns:

 

If you are subscribed to a multi-bottle plan, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • If you open one bottle, you may return it along with any unopened bottles for a refund (as long as this is your first refund request).
  • If you open more than one bottle, only one (1) opened bottle and any unopened bottles will be eligible for a refund. Any additional opened bottles are non-refundable.

Example Scenarios:


 Bob orders a 3-bottle subscription and opens 1 bottle. He can return all 3 bottles (1 opened, 2 unopened) for a refund.
 Luke orders a 3-bottle subscription and opens 2 bottles. He can only return 1 opened bottle and 1 unopened bottle for a refund. The second opened bottle is not eligible for a refund.
 Amanda returns unopened bottles from her April order. When she orders again in May and June, she is not eligible for another refund—refunds can only be issued once per customer/household.

 

Subscription Management:

 

  • To cancel or adjust your subscription, please make changes at least 48 hours before your next order processing date.
