Nutritist Shipping Policy
At Nutritist, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives quickly and securely. All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and shipped via Amazon’s logistics network or trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from the nearest available Amazon fulfillment center.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. However, to ensure fair business practices and prevent fraud, Nutritist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
What to Do If Your Package Is Marked as Delivered But You Haven’t Received It:
If your package shows as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- Check around your property and with neighbors – Packages are sometimes left in unexpected places or received by neighbors.
- Wait 24-48 hours – Some carriers mark packages as delivered early, and they may arrive later.
- Check your tracking information for delivery details – If shipped via Amazon Logistics (TBA tracking number), a photo proof of delivery may be available in your tracking details.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly – If shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, you can file a claim with the carrier for lost or misdelivered packages.
- Contact Nutritist Customer Support – If your package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@nutritist.us, and we will review the issue. Please note that Nutritist cannot offer refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries.
- Report theft (if applicable) – If you suspect package theft, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities. Some credit card providers offer purchase protection for stolen packages.
Amazon Logistics (TBA Tracking Numbers)
If your order was shipped via Amazon Logistics (tracking number starts with TBA), Amazon does not allow missing package claims once delivery is confirmed. In these cases:
- We encourage you to check your tracking details for a delivery photo or additional location details.
- Nutritist is unable to file a claim with Amazon on your behalf, as Amazon does not provide resolution for lost deliveries once confirmed.
- If the package does not arrive within 48 hours of marked delivery, contact support@nutritist.us, and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipment.
- If you realize there is an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@nutritist.us—we may be able to correct it before shipping.
Shipping Costs & International Shipping
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
